In the world of project facilitation and management, there are numerous leadership styles and approaches. While i am a huge advocate for situational leadership, i believe that in the majority of the environments in which we operate in servant leadership should be the primary approach. Unlike traditional authoritarian leadership, servant leadership emphasizes the leader's role as a servant to their team, focusing on their needs, growth, and overall well-being. In this blog post, we will explore the practice of servant leadership in the context of facilitating and managing projects, discussing its principles, benefits, and practical tips for implementation.

Servant leadership is a leadership philosophy that places the leader in a position of service to their team members.
